Day 29 Clean Up Your Vibes Challenge

We all know that when we want something to appear or we want to achieve something, having clarity and focus really gets things done! But what about when things don't feel clear or you can't keep a positive focus? What about when something is hard and just is not working - those thoughts won't come, you can't seem to find the motivation... it just is not happening!
When this happens, the best thing you can do is just leave it alone! Not forever.... but by giving your mind, thoughts and vibrations a rest from what is causing the struggle, you can come back to it fresh and inspired WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT!
And I know it can be difficult when you have a worry on your mind but if you cannot find those strong positive emotions, then all you are doing is building a negative momentum and you'll end up so entangled in it that it will never move forward.
So your challenge for today is to be distracted. Step away from a situation or thought that you are struggling to find positive thoughts about and let it go... JUST FOR NOW. Take the dog for a walk, watch TV, read that book, go have a shower, play that music.... just do something else that brings in happy feelings.
By doing this, you reset your vibration and allow some different energy to move in which in turn helps to release any resistance you have built around the troubling subject.
I mean have you ever had a fantastic idea when you've been stressed? Have you ever found the solution to a problem when you have felt low and lost?
We hear our guidance and we receive that wonderful Divine inspiration when we let go and allow happiness, joy or contentment to flow through us! That's when those ideas and solutions just pop into our head!
