Day 7 Clean Up Your Vibes Challenge

One of the keys to keeping a high vibration is to have a consistant connection to Spirit. We all have different beliefs as to what SOURCE ENERGY is, what SPIRIT is, and that is OK.... but how much thought do you actually give to defining your beliefs?

Who is out there for you? Is it God? The Universe? Angels? Energy?

What does Source Energy look like and feel like to you?

How do you communicate with Source Energy.... and how often do you reach out?

It can be easy to feel connected when things are going well.... but does your faith hold when things are challenging and times are rough? Or is it the fact that you really only turn to Spirit when you are struggling and when you don't really need to ask for anything that connection can slip? Be honest with yourself because Spirit knows and never judges.

And perhaps the most challenging yet important piece of this.... how do you know that Spirit is with you, guiding you?

Your challenge today is not just to answer these questions in your journal but to set an intention to reach out each and every day to Source Energy.... just to say hello, to say thank you, to ask for help, simply just to check in. You are never alone and maybe it's time to define your beliefs further and deepen your relationship with All There Is.
